Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage and oversee daily social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video production teams to produce compelling and effective social media content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media technologies and platforms, ensuring our content remains engaging and relevant.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and implement best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
- Assist in the development and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Report and present monthly analytics and insights to the marketing team and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
